Terms of Service

1.The service

WorkoutsLab ("we", "us") provides a website and an installable training app containing a vault of workout protocols, plus tools such as progression guidance, timers, substitutions, muscle-focus views, and a training log. By purchasing, installing, or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase a subscription. Younger athletes may use the app only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

3.Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• Price: $5 per month, auto-renewing until cancelled.
• Merchant of record: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing, receipts, sales tax/VAT, and its own checkout terms. We never see your card details.
• Cancel anytime: manage or cancel with a single click from the subscription links in your Lemon Squeezy emails. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: because activation grants immediate offline access to the complete protocol vault, all sales are final. If Lemon Squeezy's own policies grant a remedy in your case, that remains between you and them.

4.License keys

After purchase you receive a personal license key by email. Your key is for one user: keep it private, do not post it publicly, and do not share, resell, or transfer it. Keys found shared publicly or abused may be revoked, which ends paid access without refund of the current period. If you lose access to your email, contact us through the contact form and we will help verify your purchase.

5.Acceptable use

• Use the service for your own personal, non-commercial training.
• Do not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or redistribute the protocols or app content.
• Do not attempt to bypass license checks, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6.Intellectual property

All protocols, text, design, code, and branding are owned by WorkoutsLab (or its licensors) and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while subscribed — it transfers no ownership.

7.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms (including key sharing or abuse), with access ending at termination. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time as described in §3. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, IP) do survive.

8.Disclaimers and liability limit

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability (gym wifi happens). To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkoutsLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or the price of one month, if less). Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules — Lemon Squeezy, LLC (222 Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, USA) is the Merchant of Record and official seller of this digital license. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be limited.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves, reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect for new purchases immediately and for existing subscriptions on renewal; continued use after changes means you accept them.
